Best to check if the Audimator is online, ping the store IP address ending in .40
.40 will always be reserved for the Audimator.
Attached are the old and new Audimator leaflets that show what the Audimators look like and what cables are connected once set up in store.
There are also 2 Articles explaining these processes. Old & New.

The Amplifier
The amplifier brand could vary, but most are either this Pioneer Amplifier (older set up) or the 4 Zone 30W Stereo Amplifier:
-
Audio Cable (RCA) Port - this determines what to select for the Input Selector on the front of the Amplifier. It is best to use CD in this case.

Troubleshooting
Here are a series of possible scenarios that could affect your Audimator.
I can't hear any music:
-
Check if the Amplifier is turned on
-
Check if the Source is correct on the Amplifier both at the (Input Selector) and at the back (where the Audio cable is plugged in)
-
Check if the volume is turned up
-
Easiest fix is to unplug the Audimator and plug it again. Refer to the Power Port at the back of the Audimator
-
Check the Audio Adapter's connection
-
Unplug the part that's connected to the USB Port and plug it in again
-
Unplug the Audio Cable from the Audio Adapter and plug it in again
-
Check that the Audio Cable is plugged in to the correct RCA Port at the back of the Amplifier
-
- Another common error is the Speaker button on the Amplifier. This triggers the speakers to produce sound or not and can easily be bumped.
I'm hearing the same music all the time
- Check if the Audimator is connected to the network - if you can ping the Audimator e.g. x.x.x.40
- Check if the Audimator is connected to the modem or the Powerline Adapters okay
-
Check both the Network Status Light and Local Status Light located on the Powerline Adapter
-
Network Status Light is not green:
Make sure that both Powerline Adapters are plugged in to power and preferably not on a power board, but in the wall directly to decrease the amount of hops made. -
Local Status Light is not green:
Make sure that the Audimator is powered up and connected to the Powerline Adapter
-
-
If all lights are green but it still haven't updated in 2 days, reach out to Audimator support if they can see any issues. If the lights aren't all green or on, the Adapter could be faulty and in need of replacing.
If all has been checked and we can see the Audimator online & playing music on an internet browser, the issue will need to be escalated to Store Development / Maintenance as they look after the Amplifiers & Speaker set ups in store.
