What is the Knowledge Base?

This is the place where Retail Holdings will store information such as "How to?" guides, helpful tips and tricks, business process documents, latest news or event information.

How can i use the knowledge base?

You can search for articles on  specific topic or just browse the knowledge base and see if anything interests you or may be helpful, For example;

• Search for helpful tips or tricks on IT systems
• Browse the knowledge base for business information contacts
• Look for answers to FAQ's
• Provide feedback and rate articles to let the author know directly if it was useful or not

In future you will be able to use the knowledge base to find information that may prevent the need for you to log a call with the Service Desk team.
