Access Requirements
Before you can log in to Wardrobe, you must first have access to ADP Payroll.
Log in to ADP: https://my.adppayroll.com.au/
Once your ADP account is active, your Wardrobe account will be automatically created within 24 hours.
How to Access Wardrobe

Sign in using your email address registered with the business in ADP
This is usually your work email address (e.g.,
firstname.lastname@[BRAND].com.au) or for store staff your personal email register with payroll via ADP

Enter your password.
If this is your first time logging in, click “Forgot Password” on the login screen to set your password.
Once logged in, you’ll have full access to the wardrobe catalogue and ordering options.
Common Access Issues
Can’t Log In?
Double-check you’re using the same email address linked to your ADP account.
If you’ve never logged in before, click “Forgot Password” to set your password.
If you recently changed your email in ADP, wait up to 12 hours for the update to sync.
ADP Account Not Working Yet?
Your wardrobe access won’t activate until you can successfully log in to ADP Payroll.
Contact Payroll Support if your ADP account hasn’t been provisioned after onboarding.
Other Login Errors
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
If you’re on a shared device, make sure you’re not logged in under someone else’s credentials.
Haven’t received your Wardrobe welcome email?
If you can log in to ADP Payroll and it’s been at least 24 hours since your ADP account was activated, you can still try to access Wardrobe even if the welcome email hasn’t arrived:
Enter the same email address you use for ADP.
Click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to set your password.
Also check:
Your junk/spam folder for the welcome email.
Any email rules that might be moving it to another folder.
Still Having Issues?
If you’ve confirmed your ADP login works and you’re still unable to access Wardrobe:
